worky worky work

i've already discovered two advantages that being a real associate has over being a summer associate:

• i don't have to hang it all up and go back to the awfulness of law school in twelve weeks.
• no mandatory meetings at 9am every friday.

alright, off to work. today should be far smoother and less ranty than yesterday, since i have half a clue what i'm supposed to be doing. yay!
