a lush little slogan

alright. it would never fly now, in the era of MADD and all, but i just got wind of the Best Slogan Ever, used from the fifties until the seventies, to advertise Schaefer Beer:

"Schaefer is the one beer to have when you're having more than one."

that cracks me up.
